Investigators announced that FEMA cards handed out to hurricane victims had been used on unapproved expenses like divorce lawyers, and a sex change operation. In one case a resident used FEMA money to buy a "Girls Gone Wild" video. Which seems a legitimate expense since the Hurricane severely impacted the amount of girls exposing themselves on Bourbon Street.
Politically, I am a Libertarian, although those on the Left side of the aisle take the most offense to my humor, and would categorize me as Republican or Right-Wing. That misunderstanding; coupled with my penchant for testing First Amendment boundaries, and the big fad that swept college campuses throughout the nineties called Political Correctness; is why you've probably never heard of me.
